Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is prepared to ensure fair, safe, and legal use of the Hareki Studio platform ("Platform") operated by Hareki LLC ("Company"). All users accessing or using the Platform are deemed to have accepted this policy.

This policy is valid together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and is an integral part of them.

2. Accepted Use

Hareki Studio is designed to be used for the following legitimate purposes:

• Creating social media content aligned with brand identity
• Producing Instagram posts, stories, and carousel content
• Brand voice analysis and management
• Content calendar planning and management
• Developing content strategy for business or personal brand promotion
• Digital marketing within the scope of legal commercial activities

3. Prohibited Content Types

The production, sharing, or distribution of the following types of content on the Platform is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal content: Any content that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Hate speech and discrimination: Content containing hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability status, or other protected characteristics
• Violence and terrorism propaganda: Content that encourages, glorifies, or supports terrorist organizations
• Sexual exploitation material: Any sexual exploitation material including content involving minors or non-consensual sexual content
• Misleading and false information: Disinformation content that deliberately spreads false information (misinformation), aimed at manipulating public opinion
• Deepfake and manipulative media: Fake image, audio, or video content created without the consent of real persons
• Spam and unsolicited commercial communication: Mass unsolicited messages, chain sharing, or misleading commercial communication
• Unauthorized sharing of personal data (doxxing): Disclosure of other people's private information (address, phone, identity information, etc.) without their consent
• Intellectual property infringement: Content that infringes on copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights

4. Prohibited Behaviors

Users are obligated to refrain from the following behaviors when using the Platform:

• Account sharing or transfer: Sharing account credentials with third parties or transferring the account to another person
• Automated bot usage and scraping: Accessing the Platform's content, data, or infrastructure through bots, crawlers, or automated tools
• Unauthorized API usage: Using Platform APIs in an undocumented or unauthorized manner
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities: Attempts to identify system security vulnerabilities and gain unauthorized advantage from them
• DDoS or denial of service: Distributed denial of service attacks or similar attempts that negatively affect the Platform's availability
• Interference with other users: Actions that negatively affect other users' Platform experience
• Rate limit bypass attempts: Attempts to exceed or circumvent request limits set by the system

5. AI Usage Rules

As an AI-powered platform, Hareki Studio applies the following additional rules:

• All content generated by AI is the user's responsibility. Users are obligated to verify the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of generated content before publishing.
• Directing or forcing the AI system to generate illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or unethical content is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempts at prompt injection, jailbreak, or bypassing security mechanisms are prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure that AI outputs do not infringe on third parties' intellectual property rights.

6. In Case of Violation

In case of violation of this policy, Hareki LLC may apply the following sanctions at its own discretion:

• Stage 1 — Warning: On the first violation, a written warning is sent to the user and the violating content is removed.
• Stage 2 — Temporary suspension: For repeated violations, the account is suspended for a specified period.
• Stage 3 — Permanent account closure: For ongoing or serious violations, the account is permanently closed.

In severe violations (illegal content, security attacks, sexual exploitation material, etc.), the Company may skip the warning stage and directly close the account.

• Unused credits are not refunded in case of account closure.
• The Company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings in case of violation.
• Information sharing with relevant legal authorities may be carried out when necessary.

7. Reporting

If you encounter a user or content that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@hareki.com. All reports are evaluated under the principle of confidentiality and processed as soon as possible.

8. Changes

Hareki LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Significant changes will be notified to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
